Tionia
Named for our main road here at Bajío HQ, Tionia bumps up to a tiny creek where kids catch little gar and play with minnow traps. Our home waters may be humble, but this tiny stretch of creek is full of life and provides a great spot to cast and test out our latest shades.
In synch with the smaller things, Tionia rounds out our Metal Collection with a small fit frame for narrower faces. This style is a prime example of fishable fashion with a vintage appeal. Technical features like polarized, blue light blocking lenses meet this funky frame style in a myriad of fun colors.

Snipes
Authentic, secure and confident—this style endures because it simply looks good and performs great. This squared-off navigator silhouette is equally suited to scanning the tropical turquoise Snipes flat in in the southern keys of Florida (for which it’s named), or staring down the setting sun as your wrap up another fine day on the docks.
How do you improve on a timeless frame style? We’ve gone over every element to bring this classic up to date, using premium stainless steel and the best hinges available. But what you see is what’s the most important, so our polarized lenses are enhanced with patent pending LAPIS technology that not only reduces glare and eye strain, but enhances your vision by blocking blue light. You’ll see better for longer.

Las Rocas
Sight-fishing requires laser focus on the slightest indication—that split-second opportunity when you’ll either set the hook or lament over the one that got away. With so much on the line, you need sunglasses that give you every available advantage. Something solid as a rock. Introducing Las Rocas (rock in Spanish), named for the productive Roca Flat near Campeche, Mexico. These are a solid pair of performance shades indeed.
Made with tough, bio-based nylon, this modern oversized frame protects eyes with complete coverage and vented side shields, reducing glare off the water and overall light intrusion without fogging up. For enhanced clarity and acuity, the color-enhancing polarized lenses feature Bajío’s patent pending blue light-blocking LAPIS™ technology that minimizes eye-fatigue and strain for longer, more productive days out on the water.

Hopedale
An iconic fishing community located along Bayou La Loutre in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana, Hopedale (aka La Chinche) was established by Isleño fisherman and trappers after the American Civil War. Though the community was destroyed in Hurricane Katrina, the fishing remains incredible. The birthplace of sight-fishing for redfish, anglers flock to Hopedale from all over the country for a chance to fish a small section of marsh for this species in addition to black drum and sheepshead.
Weekend warriors appreciate the cool, casual everyday style for activities beyond angling, but they also love the sun blocking hidden Sun Ledge™, recessed nose pads, durable barrel hinges and the radical clarity of Hopedale’s polarized, blue light blocking lenses. These versatile shades offer a large fit, but somehow are able to work on most every head size. Cast away in Hopedale and you’re sure to hook up.
