American Aquatic Content Challenge
Are you a content creator with a passion for the water, love spending time around people, and looking for an opportunity to be challenged this summer? Yes? — Introducing the American Aquatic Content Challenge.
Warning: This is *not* the right opportunity for everyone. This is a challenge!
We are looking for someone who is capable of creating compelling content, enjoys being on the water, is a self-starter, and can confidently get things done. We want someone, who with a little direction, can create content that is both authentic and compelling. If you already have your own gear and examples of creative work that you can show us, you are steps ahead of your competition. — Are you a student needing an internship or freelancer looking for challenging work? Does this sound like you or someone you know? Here are a few specifics:
Traveling between Ocean Isle Beach and Elkin, North Carolina is required.
You will be given $3,000 a month, $6,000 total, to complete the entire scope of work.
You must be resourceful and work within the provided budget; $6,000 is for everything from paying yourself, expenses, gear rentals, etc.
The scope of work includes the following, in order of importance: Videos, Photography, Graphic Design, and Social Media.
You will spend many days 70+ miles offshore, driving 250+ miles between stores, hiking to remote waterfalls, and surrounded by a team of driven individuals who like to have fun.
Again, this is not the right opportunity for everyone. You will be challenged!
If you're still reading and this sounds like something that would help you grow as a creative, send an email to Hello@AmericanAquatic.com with a compelling pitch as to why we should pick you and a link to your portfolio. The application period closes on April 1st, 2020 and we are only choosing ONE winner.
From the entire team at American Aquatic and Salt Fever Guide Service, Good Luck!
